Association Member Benefits Advisors (AMBA) is proud to be the new benefits provider for the Public Employee Retirees, Inc. AMBA is a full-service agency focused on plan design, negotiations, and implementation of benefits for associations. We negotiate with various providers to assist our clients in obtaining quality products with flexible options for their members.
We began working with associations in 1981 to help make benefits available for members. Benefits included various insurance polices like Medicare supplement, long-term care and eventually dental and vision plans. We also negotiate with many merchants to make discounts available that add value to association membership. In 2016, AMBA has grown to make benefits available to nearly 50 client associations in over half of the United States, representing 3 million members and potential members.
In 1995, we started working with the School Employee Retirees of Ohio (SERO) to assist in making benefits available to their members. In 2006, our relationship with the state of Ohio grew when we began working with the Ohio Retired Teachers Association (ORTA) to provide their benefits and assistance with membership growth.
As you can see, our dedication to Ohio associations is what has led us to our new relationship with PERI. We will be making many benefits available to PERI that will add value and strength to the association and to your membership.
